Entry Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY
• Films must be produced within the last 2 years.
• All Bangla-language films must include English subtitles.
• English films are also accepted.
• Submissions are open worldwide (Bangladesh, USA, Canada, Europe & Global).
• All genres are accepted: Drama, Horror, Thriller, Romance, Comedy, Documentary, Animation, Experimental.
2. FILM DURATION & CATEGORIES
• Micro Short Film: 1–5 minutes
• Short Film: 5–30 minutes
• Mid-Length Film: 30–60 minutes
• Feature Film: 60+ minutes
• Documentary: Any length
• Animation: Any length
3. TECHNICAL FORMAT REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Resolution: 1920×1080 (Full HD)
• Accepted Format: MP4 (H.264 / H.265 Preferred)
• Audio: Stereo or 5.1
• Maximum File Size: 10–15 GB
• Trailer Duration: 30–60 seconds (Mandatory)
• Poster Size: 1080×1500 px (Vertical)
4. REQUIRED SUBMISSION MATERIALS
Each submission must include:
• Full Film (Download Link: Google Drive / Vimeo / Dropbox)
• Official Trailer
• Film Poster
• Director Biography & Photo
• Cast & Crew List
• Film Synopsis (100–300 words)
• Production Year
• Running Time
• Country of Production
• Valid Email & Phone Number
Incomplete submissions may be disqualified.
5. MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS
• Filmmakers may submit multiple films.
• Each film requires a separate submission form and separate entry fee.
6. SELECTION & SCREENING POLICY
• All films will be reviewed by the Pre-Selection Committee.
• Official Selection notification will be sent via Email only.
• Once selected, films cannot be withdrawn.
• Festival Authority reserves the right to change screening schedules.
7. JUDGING & AWARDS
• Films will be judged by an International Jury Board.
• Jury decisions are final and non-contestable.
• Awards may be withheld if no film meets jury standards.
8. COPYRIGHT & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
• The submitter must own or have obtained all necessary copyrights, music rights, and distribution permissions.
• The Festival Authority will not be responsible for any copyright disputes or legal issues.
• Full legal responsibility lies with the submitter.
10. DISQUALIFICATION POLICY
Submissions may be disqualified if:
• False or misleading information is provided
• Pirated or unauthorized content is detected
• Contains hate speech or illegal content
• Duplicate submission is made for the same film
11. FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions made by the Festival Committee shall be final and binding.
