   • Feature films are generally over 40 minutes.
3. Release Period
   • Films must be produced within a specific timeline (often within the past 1–2 years).
4. Premiere Status
   • Many festivals prefer films that are being screened for the first time (World Premiere or National Premiere).
5. Copyright & Permissions
   • All music, footage, and other materials used in the film must be properly licensed or copyright-free.
6. Format & Submission
   • Films must be submitted in the required format (such as DCP, MP4).
   • Submissions may be accepted through online platforms (like FilmFreeway, Festhome) or via direct email.
7. Documentation
   • A film poster, trailer, director’s bio, and a short synopsis of the film must be included.
8. Submission Fee
   • Many festivals charge a submission fee; some also accept free submissions.
9. Judging & Awards
   • A panel of judges evaluates the films based on specific criteria.
   • Awards may be given in various categories (Best Film, Best Director, Audience Choice Award, etc.).
10. Other Conditions
   • Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule or screening decisions.
   • Selected filmmakers must cooperate in promoting the festival and their films.
